I would like to continue on the InfraGard board for a 2nd term. My experience across many different leadership roles will continue to benefit the organization. I have also been able to help foster understanding of the organization by presenting at several local conferences of the last two years.
Jay Spreitzer has been with Wells Fargo for over 9 years, working in the Cyber Threat Intelligence. He is also the Chief Information Security Officer of a local security company Protocol46. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Jay retired from 23 years in the Army working in a variety of electronic and technical fields with 8 years in information security. Roles included system administrator, database administrator, Information Assurance Security Officer, and culminating as Information Management Officer. As Information Management Officer, he managed and developed all facets of the organizations information security program. He has lived in five different countries and eight states during his military career, giving him a diverse cultural background.
Jay has completed his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Master of Science in Information Assurance and Security. Some of his other training includes Network Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking, Mobile Penetration Testing, Advanced Security Essential, the Criminal Intelligence Analyst Course, and the FBI Citizen’s Academy. He holds the GIAC Incident Handler and Enterprise Defender certifications. Jay is a member of the FS-ISAC Threat Intelligence Committee and the High Technology Crime Investigators Association. Jay also sits on the Board of Directors for the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association and the Minnesota InfraGard.
