My name is Eran Kahana. I am an attorney at the Maslon law firm and currently serve on the MN InfraGard Board of Directors and as MN InfraGard’s general counsel.
I began my legal practice in 1996. My work focuses primarily on cyber security, intellectual property and commercial law. I participate extensively in various cyber security events. These include, for example, serving on the annual Cyber Security Summit Advisory Committee, lecturing on cyber security to lawyers, CISOs and other executives. I also devote time to legal academic work, currently entering my 7th year as a research fellow at Stanford Law School.
Apart from serving on the InfraGard Board, I served for 2 years on the Board of Directors of American Israel Chamber of Commerce. I have also held a variety of leadership positions at the American Bar Association’s Cyberspace Committee.
I have a deep respect and appreciation for our law enforcement community and firmly believe in the work InfraGard is doing. Last May, I graduated from the FBI’s Citizens’ Academy and continue to engage in activities aimed at strengthening my collaboration with the Bureau and furthering InfraGard’s mission.
I am interested in being re-elected to another term as I would be delighted to continue the work I started and contribute to InfraGard for yet another term.
