Key Note Speaker: Deena S. Disraelly, PhD – Institute for Defense Analyses
Dr. Disraelly, Research Staff Member, has more than nearly 20 years’ experience conducting analyses in the chemical, biological, radio-logical and nuclear (CBRN) realm and working in and training others to support emergency response. Her work has focused on the policy, technological, opera-tional, and organizational aspects of preparedness, emergency response, and consequence management, particularly as related to CBRN. Most recently, she has been focused on working with all levels of government to develop and evaluate biological preparedness plans, technologies and activities; improving interagency col-laborations; developing new CBRN medical modeling methodologies; and studying potential methods for im-proving emergency response and disaster management.
